The Beach Hotel

Superb Staff, Great Location

Liked: The staff are super-helpful and friendly. Along with the Old Ship in joint first place, it's the best location in Minehead. It is perfect for the WSR.
Disliked: The bar selection is very old-fashioned. Only standard mass produced drinks. A few esoteric or craft drinks would be good.

Liked: I liked that the hotel was situated on the beach front, ( this is my 3rd stay at the beech hotel) The room was comfortable and clean and the staff were friendly however I was disappointed not to get the beech view i specifically requested, especially as any room can be made into a twin. Breakfast was cooked well but was bland this time.

Liked: Fantastic location, bus stop outside, train station opposite, main street with good shops, cafes restaurants just around the corner, had a beautiful room overlooking the promenade and sea, it was a delight to watch the sea. The hotel is kept very clean, staff are very helpful and the breakfasts are excellent, stayed here 4 times now and never disappoints. Highly recommended.
