Beach Hotel Stay

Liked: Clean room and comfortable beds , great location and good choice of breakfast.Fan provided in room was nice touch. Helpful staff
Disliked: Found the hotel lift difficult to manage.Door to.lift very heavy and very small area inside. Difficult when have mobility issues.

Nice location for an old...

Liked: The location of the hotel was very nice, just cross one (busy) Road to get to the beach. The lobby also looked nice
Disliked: The breaksfast was not good with chez products, the eggs looked like they came out of a container.A lot was broken in the room, like the tv and there where holes in the walls.I think the price for the room was too much for what the hotel had to offer

For an overnight stay it...

Liked: Location good. Breakfast good
Disliked: Room was a little tired/aged and had a smell like someone had tried to disguise their smoking with a perfume or air freshener- but as an asthmatic non smoker I could still smell it and lungs reacted to it. Thankfully I was only staying one night.

BITTER SWEET I love this...

Liked: The staff were Fantastic. I had a major incident in my bathroom with a burst water pipe and debris shooting out at me ,knocking me down . I got locked out of my room with only a hand towel covering me. I didn't want to panic the guests by screaming , I shouted out EMERGENCY whilst rushing up and down the corridor.There were No Phones Anywhere I didn't ring the firebell I'm 78 ,a Widow and use a walking aid. I lost a precious day . I was in shock, prematurly packing my bags then shlepping up and down from one room to another. I was shouting and staggering around for a long time. The lovely lady that finally came to my rescue was an angel, along with the kitchen staff. I've got two photos of the workers trying to stop the water.
Disliked: When I asked the Manager if a form of compensation would be made Perhaps a complimentary night , He made it clear that he had performed his duty by providing me with a room ..I had extended my stay until Saturday

Would not stay there again.

Liked: The location was good .
Disliked: The hotel is very dated and tired and requires a complete re decoration . The carpets were stained and there was a terrible smell when using the lift , the lift was out dated and very small.
