The Beach Haus - Traverse City

Our reservation was completely messed...

Liked: The different themes of breakfast was OK
Disliked: The options for breakfast we’re all pretty unhealthy when you look at the ingredients. Our entire reservation was completely messed up and we had to switch rooms in between our stay. When we arrived, our reservation wasn’t available so we had to sleep on a pullout sofa and regular bed and switch rooms and hotels the next night. It was extremely inconvenient.

Liked: Only complaint is I wish it had an elevator for my husband. Hence carts were not available to get things up to 2nd floor. 1st floor would have been better for me but other than that nice place, pleasant staff!

Disliked: I like everything about this place except the way they serve the breakfast. They don’t have an area where breakfast is served.

Liked: The beach was very nice. Beach chairs provided were very uncomfortable.
Disliked: Room was very small. What they call a spa was just a bathtub.
