Disliked: Too many stairs to top suite. Bathroom facilities unworkable. No heating. Dining inflexible. Expensive

Liked: Good location, clean and tidy place.
Disliked: Small rooms.

Liked: The first room allocated was far too hot as the radiator didn't shut off. I was given another room which was much cooler. This room was far nicer than the original room with a window I could see out of.
Disliked: The initial roasting temperature.

Ok, but don’t mislead!

Liked: Help with case, early breakfast, cheerful staff
Disliked: I had booked “large single room”. The actual room had a double bed, but hardly any room to move.. little space to put anything down. Disappointing and inaccurate description.

Liked: Friendly helpful staff, good facilities, warm well furnished room.

Best view in town and...

Liked: I think we scored the best room so very lucky. Overlooking the beach with a bay window and armchairs. Free treats. Big comfortable bed. Car parking onsite. And a great breakfast included in the price.
Disliked: Nothing

Superb

Overall, great place to stay....

Liked: Staff were all lovely and helpful. We had breakfast here each morning which was excellent. The family room was perfect for us as there were 2 bedrooms. Great location right by the sea, amusements next door for rainy spells and we managed to find a place to park the car for free on the road close by.
Disliked: The WiFi didn’t work for the majority of our stay but was fixed on the last day.
