Overall good. Very pleasant staff...

Liked: Location is excellent for the sea front. Room, top floor, good size, double aspect. TV, tea/coffee,biscuits,crisps, water. All good. Breakfast good selection and specific menu. Reasonable value. Parking good, secure.
Disliked: Bathroom old fashioned and in need of upgrade/repair/redecoration.Double aspect room and location meant traffic noise through the night despite closing windows. Nothing they can do about that except for triple glazing and that probably would not work. Curtains not black out so light seepage. Maybe heavy blackout curtains would help with noise and light. Shame.

Disliked: The receptionist was not proactive and mixed up the rooms booked between myself and my friend

An enjoyable stay at a...

Liked: The location is good and the premises has a good appearance, neat and tidy. We were greeted cheerfully by the receptionist who explained the layout of the facilities and confirmed our booking fee.
Disliked: The bedroom is small and compact. The comfortable bed dominates the room and can only be entered on one side. The adjoining bathroom is a good size and contains everything we needed for our stay.

Worse stay ever

Liked: The property was clean
Disliked: I was in room 6 with had about four to five stairs to bedroom as it was one level up from bathroom I then asked a staff member roahna that I’m not happy about the room as it’s not on the same level and my eyesight isn’t great and I do get up few times to use the bathroom and this is a hazard. She was non compliant stating I can’t do anything about this you will have to stay in the same room I requested to speak to the manager she was off site roshna then said she will contact me once speaking to the manager.she then came to speak to me in my room stating manager said there nothing she can do and I will get another room tomorrow but I will have to check out at 11am and then book back at 3pm for another room ( I did book this stay for 2day) I then explained that I’m not happy the fact I had to wait without a room for four hours then roshna stated il get a room next morning at 10am and the manager will speak to me tomorrow when she comes in. Next morning around 9 I went down to see the manager as no one has been in touch with me she.i waited for the manager for about 15mins she come very rude didn’t even apologised about what happened then started raising her voice saying will what do you want me to do.i have explained to her when booking the room it didn’t state bedroom and bathroom will be on two different floors.she’s said it’s not my problem speak with booking in. I’m not happy as I’ve been using booking in for all my travels and this stay was very unprofessional and unorganised. Then after stating to the manager will why was I told last night il get a room at 10am next day she replied saying has I was giving roshna hard time so she lied to me as she was stressed.

Liked: Too expensive so didn't have any.
Disliked: The food variety and quality

Pleasant

Liked: Location was excellent and the staff were very helpful, allowing us to put our bags in the storage room.
Disliked: - Staff vacant from the front desk quite often, so were having to wait around if we needed anything.- Room was a bit dark and bit pokey. There was also no mirror in the bedrooms to do hair/makeup etc.
