Disliked: Check in was very frustrating…. Totally get the “contactless check-in” but we called the number provided and waited on hold for 15-20 minutes before we hung up (we wanted to check in early)…. We were told they were too busy even as the lot was almost empty. We booked a kitchenette and then received a message about a week ago stating we could not make”upgrade” to a lake view…. We paid the extra…. New room had no kitchenette and the lake view was if you looked out the window with your head turned to the left…. Not a great view.

Worth the stay if you...
