Newly renovated and wonderful staff

Liked: Truly the most wonderful staff I've ever met in a hotel, and as a frequent business traveler that's saying something. The hotel got recently renovated, which means everything is looking great with brand new carpets, furniture and a fresh lick of paint. It's also located in a buzzing area and just a short walk away from the navy harbor or botanical gardens.
Disliked: Unfortunately the restaurant isn't finished yet, so no breakfast or roomservice available at the moment. That's not a big deal though, as there's plenty wonderful cafes, bars and restaurants around.

Really comfortable & perfect location

Liked: I was greeted by the lovely lady Silva on the desk & she helped me get checked in & settled in the room. I was by myself & she really assured me & made me feel so comfortable. Such a amazing lady.

Liked: The beds were so comfortable, the ambiance was very homey, and the staff was all incredibly kind in a way that you don't notice at other hotels.
