Quick Getaway!

Liked: I loved the location, the cleanliness of the room, and the professionalism of the staff.
Disliked: I loved everything about my stay.

Disappointing

Liked: Good location
Disliked: The rooms were not clean. Mildew on shower curtain, general feeling of neglect/too much wear & tear. Our balcony door did not lock. When I told the front desk, they first disagreed with me and told me that it did lock and there were no other rooms available anyway. Until they came to the room and saw that there was no lock. Then we got moved to a different room with an actual lock on the door.

Exceptional

Liked: 24/7 front desk, clean rooms, large rooms, good a/c, balcony with bay view, everything in walking distance, kitchenette with pots and pans, laundry, quiet even though many children there. Kayak and sup available on premises
Disliked: Pricey, but was a weekend in July with a bay view.

Liked: we return to this hotel over and over again for the location on the bay, and because I like to have the view out my window. that being said, some its conveniences are being lessened in value as the hotel shuts access to the larger fridge, puts the new smaller fridge in the small closet area, removes the cooking utensils, toaster, etc from the room. I also think that for $1620 for 5 night stay, a shower curtain without mold might be nice, as well as wiping the trash drips off from the previous guests off the wall. I get its a high turnover beach property, but clean walls and a new shower curtain seem like a minimal effort. the pool is nice as always, location is easy to beach and bay, and the beds were comfortable, but I may have to consider a new place in the future - if what can be seen by the naked eye isn't clean, I really have concerns about what else isn't clean that isn't as easy to see.

Pleasant

Liked: The staff is outstanding. Helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. Shower had plenty of hot water, good water pressure, and nice fluffy towels. Our room opened up to the pool which was very convenient.
Disliked: The hotel itself is overdue for a major renovation. The handicapped accessible room was too tight for the use of the wheelchair. Shower floor and lower wall had mold. Needs a deep cleaning overall.

Great location

Liked: Great location. Nice pool and view of bay.
Disliked: On 3rd floor but no elevator. Had to request multiple items missing from room. One mattress needed replacement.
