Liked: The staff were really helpful. Our room had been set up as a double, when we wanted a twin, and they changed it over straight away. We had a lovely room overlooking the sea.

Liked: The staff were incredibly welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The location with views of the bay were stunning and the food was excellent.

Liked: Very friendly, chatty staff who made us feel at home;Our dog was made to feel very welcome, which is always very important to us;Exceptional breakfast menu;Location is on the SW Coast Path, so ideal for easy access to hiking routes;The views from our room were incredible! We had an absolutely fantastic stay - this was our second time at The Bay Hotel and we will return again for our next Cornwall trip. It is wonderful to stay in such a warm and friendly hotel. Our whippet William also had a fantastic time and was treated with as much warmth as human guests - this made the stay extra special for us.
