Disliked: downstair is pub and alrady expect will have noise. However, the Karkore is terrible and the music and voice is from the pillow to my brain. The floor is shaking. Room is dirty the bathroom is stickly with mould. Horrible is...8:00 in the morning..the cleaner staff would open my room door as the check out time should be 11:00am.

Disliked: The hotel is above a pub that does karaoke up to 1 or 2 am so you can't rest as the floor and walls vibrate from the loud noise

Disliked: The main door up to rooms didn’t lock, funny smell in the room, people in and out of other rooms and very noisy from downstairs felt like we was in the bar could hear everything.

Disliked: As soon as you walk in the door there’s a smell. When you open the door to the room it’s even worse. Dud not get a refund.

Nightmare

Disliked: The loud music till after midnight and when I say loud it was loud, couldn't even hear the TV stay clear at weekends. Was a nightmare had our grand daughter with us and if it hadn't been so late on our arrival would have left and went somewhere else. Hardly got any sleep with a combination of music and very uncomfortable beds

Disliked: The beds were appalling, looked like they were out of a skip. Disgusting. The base had a piece of chipboard across. The mattresses just kept sliding off the base as they were to small. Cleaning materials were left on window still in hall as was the bedding and towels. The entrance to accommodation was just a dumping ground. Needs to be taken of your site.

Liked: The location of collecting the key from the restaurant wasn't great as had to cross a busy dual carriageway to get to the rooms.The side lights didn't work.The painted walls were dirtyI was staying with my dog but initially told dogs not allowed on arrival?! and not great having to cross the dual carriageway to access the rooms or carparkNo mirror actually in the room, only the bathroom - impossible to see if you need a socket for drying hair etc.Lovely staff
