Liked: The staff were great!! From our bartender at both Joe Cain's Cafe and piano bar. Our waiter for brunch was exceptional (London) , absolute professional, and a delight to speak with. The staff had prepared some wine and chocolate for my partner on behalf of her birthday, which was very much appreciated.
Disliked: The air conditioning in our room didn't quite cool down to a comfortable temperature.

Liked: People were great. Location perfect. Spa in the hotel. Valet parking available. Great restaurants and bars within a small walk.
Disliked: Breakfast buffet a bit overpriced.

Disliked: The toilet and the sink was stopped up in my room. I had a large red stain in the center of the floor when I arrived. The clerk at the desk was rude. They didn’t even tell me that they served breakfast the entire time I was there I ordered out. They didn’t give me any details about the hotel as they did other guest. I thought that I was exempt from all the amenities as they didn’t tell me about them.
