beautiful historical hotel with an...

Liked: the beautiful historical part and the pool. the staff was exceptional. Trey worked hard to get is in s handicap room even though we had booked through a third party AND it was fourth of July weekend he made it possible. Also, Olga at the the wr cf r all anymore and it was very much appreciated. I lost the paper where I had written down his name, but the young man from Barcelona at the front desk was also very sweet and helping me with several things. I was having issues one morning trying to get points for my stay.
Disliked: TOO MUCH WALKING for someone with a disability. our room was over in another tower. it was very difficult on two of us. Getting to the pool was a major ordeal. it was a maze. It was a very nice pool though once we finally found it.

Disliked: My jacuzzi tub in 6224 had no jet stream like the room next to me. We all were together .. I ask for jet stream.So, I feel like all jacuzzi should have a button for jet streaming
