Very good

Liked: The indoor pool, sauna and steam room were very good.
Disliked: The heat in the room was a bit stifling even with the fan.

Lovely place but not well...

Liked: The food was really good and the staff were overall lovelyPlenty of water in the room and fresh cookies every day was a lovely touch
Disliked: The room was VERY hot on our arrival and no option to reduce temperature below 18 degrees (fans could be provided)The bins in the room not emptied on the first dayWhile the staff in restaurant and bar were lovely, effective direction is badly needed. Tables were left with used dishes while turning away people from the patio and at breakfast. Dishes were ultimately cleared onto trays onto side trestles and just there beside guests having food. The expected rush for breakfast at 9.30 not anticipated and guests sent to wait in the lounge and then not recalled.On one occasion, staff member made comments about guests in our hearing

Spa facilities good and comfortable...

Liked: Reception staff were good. Upgraded room was beautiful. Comfortable bed and bath was amazing! Outside swimming pool is a must visit.
Disliked: Service at breakfast was disappointing. They forgot some of our order and we had to chase it up. The toast still hadn't arrived when we left!Car parking was difficult.

Disliked: We had a good selection ot tea and coffee in the room but No milk, no room fridge either? We were told when checking out we should have had long life milk in the room. However we did get a small jug of fresh milk on request.
