Great staff .. tired building...

Liked: Good location & the staff are great thank you
Disliked: The internals are tired & need uplifting. The windows don’t shut correctly & need work or secondary glazing. .. The partition walls are very thin & noise traveled through.. I appreciate this is an older property however some quick fixes would really help the experience.. Difficult when work is so expensive & you need to keep the room rates competitive..

Liked: Very good location, close to nice restaurants and to the caves. Easy parking right next to the hotel, nice breakfast, great coffee, very friendly stuff
Disliked: Could be a little noisy , I could hear neighbours taking bath and stuff. But the property is old so this sort of sound isolation issues are expected
