Liked: It was clean .
Disliked: T.v only had one Chanel that worked . Some mornings when you walked out it smelled like pee in front of the hotel. False advertisement with the picture seen on website there was no balcony. And it wasn?t really close to anything besides Chinatown and skid row . It?s affordable and clean.

Liked: Perfect location , good value compared to alternative options, the staff is amazing .. Jordan , Priscilla and Susan made my stay very convenient
Disliked: No daily house keeping , but that is understood during covid

Liked: The property was exactly like in the images. Very cute and simply. It was in a great location around a good amount of stores.
Disliked: What I didn?t like about the hotel is random homeless that hang around the property

The worst hotel ever
Liked: Almost nothing, Just the the two receptionists of the hotel, they were polite.
Disliked: First of all, I arrived at 8:30 and there was nobody to open the door (at the profile on booking they say that they have 24h of security what is lie).The room is just ok, the floor was dirty, my socks were black. The kitchen was the worst part, so so dirty, with dead bugs on the drawers, no cups, no cutlery and everything really dirty, including the floor. Everything was really disgusting. On the last time we had to change the flight to the morning, so we tried to call the ?emergency? (number displayed on the reception) 9 times, we waited 40 minutes and nobody answered, we had to change the flight because of the hotel, we just wanted to make sure if was ok to left the card on the balcony because there was nobody there and nobody answered us.The experience on this hotel stressed me a lot, a time that I should relax, I really was stressed. I am disappointed with the hotel and with Booking. How booking have places like that to offer to the clients?
