Excellent location to explore the...

Liked: Excellent location. We enjoyed the proximity to the Riverwalk. The shuttle service was a bonus as it also took us to the cruise port on our check out date. We were upgraded to a room with a lovely view of the Hillsborough River and the fellow at check in was very helpful. There is a performing arts centre right across the street so attending an evening performance is very doable.
Disliked: There was only one chair in the room which is odd for a room that could accommodate 4 people. To relax after a day of touring the area, you really need two chairs to enjoy the room. We asked if an extra chair could be brought to our room however this was never done. Hard to believe that there was not an extra chair available in the entire hotel. Also, the hotel is currently acting as a student residence for the overflow of university students. This was not an issue other than the elevators and pool area were often busy. I feel it should have been stated in the booking information.
