Pleasant, welcoming, quiet.

Liked: The staff at the desk have been always welcoming and very nice. Most of them are University students that do part-time job. They have been very professional.The room was very quiet.The bed super comfortable.
Disliked: Windows could not be opened. It’s a personal thing and I understand it’s for security.

Liked: Clean. Nice bed linens. Location.
Disliked: A bit dated, but not a major issue.

Fantastic location, good value for...

Liked: Great location, easy to walk to all of downtown. The rooms are a little older, but ultimately clean and the beds were very comfortable!
