Liked: The location is the only good thing
Disliked: Pictures are VERY deceiving. Rooms are not updated in years. Not well maintained. Very little amenities, minimal staff and frankly they are not professionals or what you would expect from a hotel costing almost $800 for two nights. Water damage on ceiling from A/C unit. Stains all over carpet. Parking $30 per day 2+ blocks away. Very very disappointed considering the cost. Bedding is also terrible… will add photos, thin white sheet to cover the old, yellowed duvet.

Liked: We got a great deal on the room price.
Disliked: The room was small, and there was no microwave. Also, no hot tub.

Disliked: Rooms not turned down enough. Stayed for 4 nights and had to ask for fresh towels after 3 days, bed not remade, for $1100+ to stay for 4 nights abit more care would be appreciated

Very OVER PRICED, DATED hotel...

Liked: Location is great.
Disliked: The hotel has never been updated, dingy and musty and the beds are double beds (very small). Very unsatisfied for the price paid.

Very good experience

Liked: Big room, comfortable in room facilities. Good room service. Scotia shopping mall across the street. Polite staff, Osama was very helpful.
Disliked: 1 lamp was not working in room. The cleaner threw away my shower cap and the hotel does not provide any so I had to go shopping for it.
