We were misled, double charged,...

Liked: Location.
Disliked: We felt completely deceived. Upon arrival, we realized that although the location was good, the place itself was not suitable — especially not for families with children like ours. We requested to cancel the reservation directly at the front desk, and the receptionist informed us that the amount would be refunded. However, not only was the amount not refunded, but we were also charged twice.Since then, we have tried to resolve the issue through multiple channels: I’ve sent emails, tried contacting the hotel directly, and even filed a formal complaint through Booking — all with no response or resolution so far.This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. We do not recommend this place and expect an immediate resolution.

We always stay there when...

Liked: The convenience of location Nice kind young man in reception. Very sweet. Got me 2 cups of water.
Disliked: The blue rug going up the stairs to the hotel could be cleaned or replaced

Great location at an excellent...

Liked: The location is great, 20 minutes walk from the White House, in a beautiful residential area, close to Dupont Circle and many embassies. The room was comfortable, with the necesary equipment (no fridge though) and the price reasonable.The staff was available and helpful, some were really nice.
Disliked: Slight smell of cigarette in the (non-smoking) bedroom, which went away after a couple of days of heavy ventilation. No breakfast and no fridge. A collective coffee equipment downstairs and a (very slow) kettle. A water fountain would be nice to fill personal bottles.
