Great hotel to explore the...

Liked: The room was spacious, quiet and with good views. Everything was clean. The hotel tavern has a lot of charm and we enjoyed a very funny monologue show. Excellent location too.
Disliked: The bathroom is a little bit uncomfortable since in general is an old building.

Good value for able bodied...

Liked: It was clean and a nice little room. It is old and you need to be able bodied to live there. Quiet. Really good bed. Very good value.

Comfy & well located hotel....

Good location, bad internet

Liked: The location was good. There were lots of food options nearby. Staff was friendly enough. The price was the big plus.
Disliked: The internet just didn't work in the room. Even trying all the networks, it would just not work. This was pretty bad for me. It would work on the lobby area, but not in the room I was staying in. The rooms are a little bit outdated. The elevator can be challenging, sometimes guests forget to close the manual doors and then you have to take the stairs.

Good choice for budget travelers.

Liked: Great location, within walking distance of the Dupont Metro Station. The room was comfortable and relatively quiet, considering it's on a busy street.
Disliked: You will need to climb stairs to enter, so be prepared if you have heavy luggage. On another note, it would have been nice to have a coffeemaker in the room.
