Liked: I loved everything! So comfortable, staff so friendly and the room was perfect

Exceptional

Liked: The breakfast was fantastic and the staff so professional but extremely friendly nothing was too much a beautiful place. We also had a meal in the evening it was all fresh and very big portions.
Disliked: Nothing

It was OK I would...

Liked: Staff friendly, food good. Bed comfortable and room clean.
Disliked: No fridge in room, windows large and open onto car park. Could do with a smaller window to be able to open and not worry about accessing. Food was good full English says sausages but you only get one, and just a slice of bread, scramble egg was only offer on menu. Car parking tight when wedding functions on.

Liked: Orange juice fab at breakfast. Great customer service at bar in the afternoonFabulous Wedding reception both room/food & drinks
Disliked: Breakfast - not asked how wanted eggs (fried egg hard)/only one piece of toast/bacon hardly cooked (fat still white). Croissants in plastic. Not asked if wanted top up of drinks ... Bedroom - a chest of drawers with no handles (missing) in the room. Only one set of toiletries, not enough for two people on a hot day coming for an event (wedding). Staff chatting on reception - only looked up and acknowledged when I said 'Hello'

Relaxing stay.

Liked: Location for our trip. Value for money. Plenty of parking. Staff very friendly and efficient. Room was clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast choice. Thank you. Electric chargers to the rear of the accommodation.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Excellent rooms and the most fantastic food, quality and speed of service
Disliked: Couldn’t locate aircon, perhaps the room didn’t have it but it was needed as it was a warm muggy night
