Excellent - would definatly stay...

Liked: the location was perfect for where we wanted to go. Close to Cannock town. The room was big and spotlessly clean. The shower was gorgeous and lovely big fluffy white towels. Breakfas was yummy! Car park was free and felt safe.
Disliked: Nothing

Clean, nicely decorated, poor breakfast.

Liked: Poor breakfast. No frills. Simple short menu. No Cereal, no fruit. No yoghurts. No buffet
Disliked: Breakfast poor. Staff seemed distracted.

Comfortable.

Liked: Property was beautiful, lovely location. Room was comfy especially the bed and the bath was really nice!
Disliked: Reception staff were absolutely miserable. We arrived 13th April in the evening and the woman could not for the life of her crack a smile, she didn’t even greet us it was like pulling blood from a stone. The lady the next morning was a bit nicer at least.
