I cannot wait to stay...

Liked: The facility, staff, and food were exceptional.
Disliked: I tried to take a hot bath and the shower stayed on while the water ran. The water did not get very hot at all in the tub. That was the only disappointment.

Great hotel, location and customer experience

Liked: Beautiful hotel in great location. Room was excellent and perfectly equipped. I also want to mention the outstanding customer service. Our room clean and replenish was not done. The manager of the property personally came to explain why and was incredibly gracious and kind. Weve stayed at many hotels across the US and Europe and were very impressed by his customer focus. I would definately recommend this hotel.
