DON'T DO IT!!!!

Liked: The Staff (excluding the GM) was amazing and extremely helpful!
Disliked: So utterly disappointed in my experience with this hotel. I booked through booking.com and paid the extra to have breakfast included. I noticed day 1 that we were being charged for breakfast and talked with the front desk personnel as soon as I saw the extra charges. I still continued to be charged. Each day I spoke to someone and asked for the GM to call me so we could get this fixed. Saturday as we were coming back, I once again stopped by the front desk asking if the GM had been in yet and if it had been fixed. Low and behold, he is standing right there about to leave!!!! So the GM had come in and still had not even looked at what was going on. He then had the nerve to look at me and say, "Oh no no no. We don't have a package that includes breakfast." So they don't even know what packages they offer! After I showed him proof that I paid for breakfast to be included he said he would take off those charges. Guess what I am still being charged for....yea, breakfast. The room was subpar for what I spent. Access panel for plumbing was just sitting on the bathroom floor. The Keurig had mold spots and slime that came out when we made a cup of coffee. Housekeeping is below average and I am pretty sure one of them took $15 in cash that I had sitting next to the dirty disgusting Keurig. The only saving grace was the staff (besides the GM). The staff was the absolute sweetest and so helpful. The staff at the Banyan and the valet were amazing people!!!

Liked: The room was stylish and had a nice view. The mattress , pillows and sheets were excellent. The bathroom and shower was excellent. The location is wonderful.
Disliked: There is no hotel specific parking. Parking is on the street and there is a text to pay set up that is reasonably priced and works well. Once we figured it out parking was fine.

Liked: I think for the price and the location it was wonderful.

Liked: I understand the hotel was under repair during the winter. Looked to be in good shape when we were there!
Disliked: Airconditioning in first room 201 was loud. Switched rooms and next room (302) was excellent. Enjoyed a party on the top floor on Sunday morning. Excellent service and view from up top.
