Clean and centrally located, close...
Liked: Good Breakfast, location was good, drinks were good. The receptionist upon our arrival provided great recommendations.
Disliked: Good Breakfast. We had room 301 in the Nashville location and the right side of the bed is very squeaky. We would have wanted a room with a window, the room felt very enclosed and there were 2 windows but they faced a hallway which was very odd.

Liked: Good location within walking distance of Broadway. Room was small but perfect for a quick weekend trip.
Disliked: Had a little trouble with the reservation getting in, but the staff was nice and helped us out.

Liked: Location
Disliked: I booked the tapestry room. The view i was shown on the website showed a nice view of the city. The view out of our window was of the inner space of the the building. Nothing but a dark brick wall. I upgraded the room because of the view.

Liked: Good location, friendly staff, large room.
Disliked: Gave it four stars instead of five because I am picky about sheets. The sheets in this hotel were very poor quality/synthetic -- I was surprised for a hotel of this price/quality. Need to up the game there!

Liked the room and location.
Disliked: I thought valet services was a little expensive and I figured parking would come with the room. Also 16% hotel tax is a little high!!

Pleasant
Liked: Conveniently located and beautiful gallery space. Valet staff was super friendly.
Disliked: Stayed for one night and learned the mini fridge didn't work late at night (too late to ask for it to get fixed). The bathroom wasn't stocked and had to ask housekeeping in the hall for some items. I wandered looking for an ice machine and ultimately went to the front desk and they got ice from the restaurant. I didn't see any signage saying to go to the front desk. There is also a pending charge on my bank statement that the front desk couldn't help me solve what that was for.
