Was good for short weekend

Liked: Its in middle on city centre
Disliked: Was really only big light in room needs more lights

Liked: Good location clean quirky decor good breakfast
Disliked: Expensive for what we got. Tiny room. No air conditioning no Netflix as advertised. Tired decor but clean. Small bed.

Liked: The music themed styles and decor
Disliked: The height of the mirrors in the bathrooms and bedrooms..We stayed as two couples and in both rooms the ladies couldn't check out their outfits or see to do make up and hair in the mirrors. The ladies are only 5 foot tall and couldn't see anything of themselves in the mirrors. Can you imagine the grief I got that night!!! Almost spoilt the Dua Lipa concert we were all going too!!!

Best Customer Service and Great...

Liked: The staff here were absolutely phenomenal. The best customer service I have received at a hotel in years - literally - and I travel a lot! The rooms were large, clean, and beds comfy. Breakfast is well worth the extra money. Delicious and beautifully presented. Parking was either free outside on the side street or £8/night across the street. Walking distance to Albert Dock and also China Town. I’d stay here again anytime I’m back in Liverpool.

Disliked: rooms were dark and some seemed dirty, scuffs all over walls and repainted badly with different paint, underwear in the lobby on arrival........

Excellent stay in Liverpool.

Liked: Room was funky and clean. Easy check in. Helpful staff. Comfy bed. Good shower.Water in fridge, nice touch. Decor great. It was really warm and we asked for an extra sheet so we could avoid using the duvet, was delivered to room.
Disliked: Very noisy fan! Breakfast was lovely but limiting due to one drink, one choice of included in room price, lots of choice if you wanted to buy extra drinks or have yogurt and a hot breakfast for example. Substandard biscuits in room, I love a custard cream, but Crawfords biscuits seemed a bit 'meh' in such a funky room.
