Liked: Good hotel, comfortable, well appointed rooms. Good location to get to Docks and City Centre.
Disliked: Room was slightly too hot, but there was a fab in the room.

Disliked: Very cramped bedroom with no room either side of the bed and no proper wardrobe. Noisy on the street late at night.

Disliked: some of the staff not very friendly, my partner was talking to bartender about his stay in Liverpool and he put his hand up and said he didn’t want to hear anymore!’!! very rude

Apart from the shower, everything...

Liked: The rooms and breakfast was nice. The bed was comfortable and the location was great.
Disliked: The shower was tiny and couldn't handle the water. This resulted in the whole floor getting flooded which caused us some major inconveniences. We were told by staff that they knew about the faulty showers.

Disliked: The room was very small I felt it was a single room no beside cabinets as there was no room no wardrobe and sink was not in bathroom

Mixed experience

Liked: Quirky decor, good linen and towels.
Disliked: Poor layout of room (219)... bed is right beside the door. No!!!Terrible service at breakfast - a 45min wait for our food, brief apology, no explanation though something was obviously amiss in the kitchen. Food was nice when we eventually got it, but we had almost lost the will to live by then, along with numerous other guests.
