This was the staycation I...

Liked: I loved the warm welcome I received. I celebrated my 30th birthday this weekend, and received chocolate covered strawberries and a handwritten (my favorite) birthday note! I loved the jacuzzi like bathtub. I had an amazing view. All interactions with staff were pleasant. 10/10
Disliked: I would have loved the option for an earlier check in? Other than that, no complaints!

Liked: The pillows were comfortable, and nice toiletries.
Disliked: Bed sheets were stained. Sticky stuff on the floor. The food we ordered for in room dining was inedible. The hotel did refund me the dining costs and gave me a $40 discount on the room. One lift was broken for the entire stay, which wouldn't normally bother me. However since we had so many other issues I wanted to mention it.I ended up not attending the afternoon tea, as I had some questions and left two messages with the restaurant, to which no call was returned.
