Liked: The room was very clean and spacious, beautifully decorated. The hostess was extremely kind and professional. Excellent breakfast!

Liked: The location.
Disliked: The length of time that we had to wait to check in,. No staff at reception, was told only one person could check us in and she was busy, We eventually left without checking in and said that we would do it later, as we had reserved a table at another hotel for dinner,. It meant we could not change our clothes and ended up wearing the same clothes that we had worn for a long trek during the day. The food for Breakfast was cold and looked and tasted as if it had been in the containers for a long time. We have stayed at this hotel before and decided to return and were really looking forward to our stay, sadly it dud not meet our expectations,

Liked: Very clean and comfortable room with gorgeous toiletries. Staff friendly, smart and efficient. Beautiful building with lovely public rooms. Stunning views from the restaurant. Good varied evening menu. Substantial breakfast. Plenty of on site parking. Ideal situation between Glencoe and Fort William.
Disliked: Nothing!!

Lovely setting with grand views....

Liked: Love the setting and the Woodburner in the bar. Views from the dining room and bar were beautiful
Disliked: Dated bedroom decor and furnishings although the shower was great!

Very good

Liked: Guest rooms were very comfortable and very nicely maintained. The hotel is very old and is showing its age. Floors are very creaky and the lobby area is in desperate need of a makeover. The grounds outside and the golf course were beautiful.
