Disliked: - Construction right next door- No water pressure in the shower, takes 15 min to warm up- Dark rooms, no light on the ceiling, impossible to get ready for a night out once the sun goes down - Loud rooms, no noise insulation, we could hear our neighbours, and the stairwell doors open and closing all day and all night - forget sleeping in in the mornings - Hotel looks nothing like the picture; we booked a superior king room - it was tiny and very dark- Beds are not comfortable, pillows are extremely thick and not comfortable - Broken blinds on one window - Broken side table with a lamp right next to tv- it was our anniversary - the least romantic ambiance for the hotel that is rated #7 on Tripadvisor. Very disappointed stay for such an expensive accommodation - Hotel looks like a motel on a side of a highwayWe don’t know why everyone is raving about friendly staff, that wasn’t exactly our experience. The staff in the bar/restaurant area were all super nice, but not really the front desk.

Liked: Close to the beach, cozy room. Walkable but just far enough away from the heavy nightlife.

Liked: It was super close to the beach and a lot of variety for food choices. They offered Beach Towels and umbrella included in the resort fee.
Disliked: Our room was on the 4th floor in a corner so the wifi wasn't working for us. We weren't able to use the TV streaming because of that. The signal was just not good. We asked the staff about it but there wasn't anything they could do. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Disliked: Its an older property and the carpets on the 3rd floor were so grossly stained and worn.Skimpy threadbare beach towels.Welcome cocktail that was indicated on the check in sheet turned out to be Champagne which none in our group like.
