Great stay, amenities and hotel...

Liked: The Balfour was a beautiful hotel!! We loved our stay- we were given a complimentary drinks voucher and also had access to refreshing drinks in the lobby at all times for our convenience. The hotel was a short walk from great restaurants like carbone, and was also a 5-10 minute walk from Miami Beach. All in all I would stay here again!
Disliked: The staff did seem slightly unwelcoming

Liked: Amazing location, private beach service, welcome cocktail on the house, rental of bikes possible, rooftop lounge area
Disliked: Thin walls, we could hear the neighbours talking through the walls
