Liked: Convenience of location and traditional feel of the hotel

Liked: Beautiful entry salon, lovely service and doorman, fruit water. Super nice beds, many ammenities. Fantastic location. Interesting and playful wall decorations in good British taste.
Disliked: The water knobs in the bathtub are difficult to close exactly, and the faucet does not protrude so you can't hear it drip. Almost flooded the bathroom inadvertently since drain was closed. I think it leads to much waste of water by others as well. Steep, half stair midway along corridor, hard to navigate when carrying things.

Just really sub-par.

Liked: The location was good for the restaurant we were visiting that evening, that was the only positive.
Disliked: The room was not fit for 2 people, it was beyond small - the double bed was more like a single bed. My partner slipped in the bathroom and injured his leg as the bathroom was so small and there was not any bathmat when trying to manoeuvre out of the shower. On arrival the staff told us there was no parking and to park on the road outside if we can find a space, however it would be likely that "robbers would smash the windows" during the night as it was a very dangerous area. There is no way this hotel is worthy of any more than 1 star. I really would like a refund for the absolute disastrous stay. At checkout no one even asked us how our stay was, they barely made eye contact. Terrible.

Liked: The location is excellent. Very clean.
Disliked: The matters were very uncomfortable. The rooms looked much smaller than what it seemed on the website. My understanding is that some renovated parts/rooms of the hotel are more roomy. But ours felt quite small for a 2 bed luxury room. I honestly expected more, at least for the price

A little expensive, but all...

Liked: Very nice hotel, with a nice reception and friendly staff. The room was a small double room and while being small it was very well equipped with space for a small desk and a fridge to use. The breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: While excellent, it was a little expensive for the size of the room and the breakfast. The bar closing early when it was still busy was a little disappointing too

Nice hotel & location

Liked: Location, cute hotel that satisfies my needs .The front desk experience varies depends on whom serves you but overall no issues.I had family 3 adults room but I don’t think it’s enough , and looked bigger in the photos
