Nice

Liked: Building is great, I booked a small double room which I found has almost a single bed. I tried to upgrade but the receptionist insisted that there are no rooms except the signature suite. I asked to take the fees for one night and I find another hotel she insisted that it’s not possible until I insisted to meet the GM who immediately a regular room at 50 GBP extra which I accepted and payed. All the visit was disturbed with this in accepted attitude.
Disliked: The property is great, some of the staff make it up for others, I have to thank the GM for help and Sumina a girl with great personality at the sheck out
