Excellent!

Liked: Very nice and clean hotel. It is located in a nice area with restaurants and shopping nearby. We stayed one night and would stay here again.
Disliked: I don't thing there was anything that we didn't like. It was a pleasurable experience.

Liked: This is an old motel that has been nicely updated. The reception and rooms are stylish. Walking distance to Mesa Temple. Right on the light rail line. Decent price for AZ in the winter.
Disliked: Needs a few more tables in the breakfast area, but there is no room for them.

Liked: We had a very spacious room that had all we needed: Frig and TV. The breakfast was minimal. Should have at least a waffle maker.
Disliked: Breakfast!

Exceptional

Liked: It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Jacuzzi and pool were wonderful. We will definitely be coming back.
Disliked: The bed was so comfortable we slept through breakfast!
