Quiet, clean, well-equipped, and relaxing...

Liked: Loved that you got a condo-like feel (we had a 2-bed, 2-bath, fully equipped kitchen and living room), for just a little more than a regular hotel room. It was extremely clean!!! Liked that the hotel provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and bocce balls, and pickleball equipment (pickleball court directly across the street). Easy walk to all the Clearwater restaurants.
Disliked: Close to beach, but not on the beach. You had to walk through a public parking lot to get to the beach. Not a big deal and wouldn't detract me from staying there again. Rooftop pool was nice, but small. You had to pay daily for parking. Cleaning service is only offered upon request. Fine by me as I do not like housekeeping going in and out of my room on a daily basis, but others might not like that.

Disliked: Only thing that might make it better would be to have a restaurant and I know you can’t do anything about this… but that sandy hill walking to the beach is a killer! Maybe wooden planks?
