It was wonderful.

Liked: We booked a twin room but when it was seen that I was disabled the receptionist said the room booked required stairs so upgraded us to a larger room with a sea view a no extra cost. Breakfast was great.
Disliked: Nothing

Brilliant

Liked: Excellent hotel .staff exceptional nothing too much trouble, friendly and obliging.Room with sea view Excellent comfortable bed bath and shower and beautiful white towels.choice of cereals fruit juice etc and porridge and superb full english breakfast served very hot to order. Lovely poached eggs and scrambled also.Evening meals varied menu choice each day excellent starter, Main and sweet 1st class.Bar facilities Excellent comfortable seating and good evening entertainment. Great location for regular buses and train station.Rate this hotel 100% did not want to leave our second visit and will definitely be returning.
Disliked: Nothing whatsoever to dislike.Even the weather was kind for us.

Very disappointed as didn’t get...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: We paid for a larger double bed but when we got there it was 2 single beds pushed together my partner nearly fell through the middle which resulted in us leaving and not staying the night

I would say not value...

Liked: Not helpful and room are smelly . Carpet are dirty. I can feel the smell while sleeping even I left the room 8 o clock .
Disliked: They didn’t put tissues paper into toilet . No toilet roll . We use our own toilet roll

Sea views, great walks on...

Liked: The staff were helpful and friendly. Nigel and Ian couldn't have helped more. The position is excellent. Breakfast and dinner - delish!! and worth the price.
Disliked: It's a big team - nothing we didn't like, though communication - from one shift to another - could be improved.

Adequate for my needs--a bit...

Liked: Central location.Car park was a bonus but would have been good to know before I parked opposite--may be my own fault if it was stated already.Very polite and helpful staff that I met.
Disliked: Room was a bit stuffy and very small. That said, it was booked as a single room.
