Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff

Adequate for my needs--a bit...

Liked: Central location.Car park was a bonus but would have been good to know before I parked opposite--may be my own fault if it was stated already.Very polite and helpful staff that I met.
Disliked: Room was a bit stuffy and very small. That said, it was booked as a single room.

Disliked: The large amount of bird muck on the window spoiling the sea view

Liked: The staff were very friendly. The room was really nice. The evening meal and breakfast were very good.The bed was very comfy.
Disliked: Everything was fine as it was.

Not worth the money!

Liked: The staff were friendly & helpful. Location was great. Room was quiet.
Disliked: I found this hotel to be very overpriced & not good value for money. The rooms are small, tired and old fashioned. The beds were way too soft and unsupportive. I was concerned that my elderly mum would fall out. We had to be moved as the first & 2nd rooms were awful & so tiny. Breakfast wasn't included despite the expensive room only price.

I shall use this hotel...

Liked: I'd stayed a few weeks before and had left my phone charger. They had it for me on arrival. I was recommended a taxi firm that proved to be reliable and reasonable. They served me at breakfast with efficiency and promptness. all staff were pleasant and helpful. the place had a welcoming atmosphere.
Disliked: nothing,
