Liked: We booked a last minute get away with 4 children and we got lucky! We've stayed at some beautiful hotels, hotels that are more modern and new but they are never as clean as this hotel is. From entering the door the place is immaculate. We had a lovely quiet stay. Very comfortable would definitely recommend. Thank you for having us x

Liked: Location - walking distance to the beachfront and Restaurants etc Staff were helpful and friendlyBreakfast was good Clean room
Disliked: Noisy room, thin walls could hear babies crying, creaking floors, doors slamming. Extremely poor sleep- in fact little sleep

Liked: Wonderful hotel, clean rooms, beautiful location. The service staff is very friendly and helpful. My daughter lost her room keys, they were found, brought, no negative attitude, everyone very kindly helped to resolve the situation. I really recommend staying here :)

Liked: The Location was great, the breakfast was delicious with an excellent choice. the staff were all lovely very professional and attentive.
Disliked: Room was far too hot, couldn't seem to be able to turn the radiator down in the night, which kept us awake. Sink was in an awkward place too as it was in the main room and not in the bathroom. We didn't use the shower but it seemed roomy enough. Everything in the room tea n coffee, hairdryer was great. Think we could have done with a bigger room. It was a small double so maybe next time.

Really disappointed

Disliked: Really disappointed with our stay here. Hotel in a lovley place and was really welcoming and seemed a clean nice hotel. As we got close to our room all we could hear was loud banging. Once we entered the room the banging was coming from the radiators! Then the TV would not work I had to go an ask a member of staff for assistance he spnt about 30 mins messing around with the tele when he said we may have to move you rooms. He managed to get the tele working an said we should be fine now. We told him about the radiators banging an we have had to turn them off he said he would report it.. this meant we had a chilled room all night and we had our kids with us. Within 20 mins of him leaving the TV stopped working again at this point our 2 year old daughter was asleep so we had to just go without the TV. Through out the night the radiators continued to bang even when switched off which we have took videos of to show how loud it was. Over all really disappointed at paying 112 pound for such a disappointing night.
