Liked: The hotel had everything you needed within walking distance. The staff for the most part were incredibly friendly.
Disliked: We were there Thursday-Sunday right before the start of spring break and they decided to do work on the pool Friday and most of Saturday so we didn’t get to enjoy it as we should have been able to. The rooms have absolutely zero soundproofing so you literally hear everything that’s going on in the lobby and pool area. I was on the 5th floor. I also feel like the staff would do little to nothing to help with loud and rude guests. Like people dribbling basketballs down the hallway at least 5-6 times and slamming doors at different times during the day and night. Even after calling the front desk.

Liked: The kitchen area was stocked with necessities
Disliked: The staff gave issues with providing an extra blanket. The paper that is given during check in, says to put out dirty towels to get more. They did not replace what was put out. When we went to the front to ask for more towels, they argued that we had to exchange the dirty for clean. That was a unnecessary headache. Guests should never have issues getting towels and blankets. They probably would have had a mini stroke if we asked for an extra pillow!Also, the floors are tile. There wasn't a broom provided.

Liked: Loved the location. Super close to everything!
Disliked: The elevator, I know it sounds crazy but it seems to go a bit fast when going up and down. Makes my stomach drop.

Disliked: The pullout with old legos and dirty mattress cover on it. Really gross. Tech needs updated. No usb outlets or others for charging tech.

Liked: Close to beach clean and we could use the sister resorts also.
Disliked: We loved everything about our stay.
