Disclosure of remodel & cold...

Liked: Beautiful Atrium and kind, friendly staff
Disliked: Pool was cold. Cold breakfast only. Remodel underway that was not disclosed. Lots of rundown property near by.

It was not pleasant.

Disliked: The toilet stopped up the first night. The heating and cooling didn’t work in the room. We told the person at the desk and when we returned we were told it was fixed. We wasn’t surprised to find that it wasn’t. The desk clerk ended up moving us to another room. Also, we wasn’t aware that the hotel was undergoing construction.

Liked: I liked the pool and room was good
Disliked: Person when i checked in. He was not informative and he was not friendly. He was dismissive.

Liked: The size of the hotel and the parking was great
Disliked: Room was out dated, obvious staffing shortage, continental breakfast was bagels and cereal.
