Liked: The ambiance was excellent. Good furnishings.
Disliked: Not set up for international travelers. Parking an issue, no charging points for mobile or hearing aids, getting luggage to rooms was hard. Shower controls like seen in caravans. No air conditioning, room was far too hot, so slept badly. Staff did not go out of their way to help.

Liked: Geographical convenience.
Disliked: Mattresses thin - value mattresses.

Liked: The room, the feel of the hotel the location, the history of the place was lovely, staff were always very helpful
Disliked: Coffee and tea in thermos flasks is really bad, it does not work on any level

Disliked: Very ordinary and basic quality food offering. No real ale.
