Overall, we will recommend it.

Liked: Location, cleanliness.
Disliked: Air con (heater) wasn't up to the mark,Hot water at the wash basin wasn't really warm or hot even after running it for over a minute

Liked: location , staff and cleanliness - DOWNSTAIRS
Disliked: I booked for downstairs which was accepted. On the morning I was phoned and told I would need to upgrade if I wanted a downstairs room. When I arrived it had been changed to my usual downstairs as stairs are dangerous for me. I was very stressed thinking that I would have to negotiate steep concrete stairs. I appreciated the change!

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Air conditioning not working, not ideal at n a cold Goulburn winter. No towel rack or soap holders in n the bathroom.

Disliked: Needs renovation , very tired.

Friendly ,comfortable ,great food

Liked: Every thing was good
Disliked: Ac/heater took along time to work and there was a draft comming from somewhere possibly under door only felt as was a really cold night apart from that every thing was great

Exceptional

Stop over accomodation did what...

Liked: It was in a good location, the pub there was awesome and the room was cheap. Heater and door snake were great for winter.
Disliked: No toaster, holes in walls due to renovations and hard bed. Shower curtain didn’t work and there was no light in the shower.
