Not acceptable

Liked: THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST and none was offered.
Disliked: There was no one there. Our power in our room went off. 'He' told us the hotel had no power. Yet the people next door showed us they had power. He told us the leave our door open to get light from the hall. My daughter and I (mom) insisted to be moved to a room with power. So we moved from 6 to 2. It had power but the generator was outside the window going all the time. At 4 am the power was out. But it was out most of Bayfield. Again we packed up and left. We asked for only one night refund, but should have asked for ALL our money back. Never would I ever go there again. In the second room the TV had a secret way of working so 'he' came in our room talking to someone on the phone, in their language, to work the tv. He was in our room a good half hour. 'He' was a nice guy but had to carry his phone to talk to the owner to approve his every move. It was uncomfortable.

A beautiful hotel to stay...

Liked: The hotel was cozy and clean and very comfortable!!!
Disliked: The restaurant was permanently closed was not mentioned when we booked so that was a disappointment since it was a selling feature for me also the pool was not up to date mentioned salt water but it was clorine and did not look clean enough to swim in...

Liked: Good location relative to Bayfield.
Disliked: The Fire TV entertainment system was too difficult to figure out (instructions not at all helpful.) Apparently, passwords were required for all applications. Could not even access basic TV for the news or weather (very frustrating).
