Liked: Perfect location, modern hotel, friendly staff
Disliked: Limited breakfast options, room not super clean

No pool

Liked: The hotel was clean and inviting. Beds comfortable. Staff extremely attentive and kind.
Disliked: The reason I chose the hotel was the yr round heated pool as my son is special needs and big in stature so having entertainment insight was very important. They do not have the year round pool

Not worth the money

Liked: The receptionists where very helpful and the room is very nice.
Disliked: The bathroom doors are not good. The air-conditioning didn't reach the bathroom making it very very cold.The lifts were not working properly and the fire brigade had to be called as a woman got stuck in the lift. We had to go to the 6th floor with 3 suitcases. Was not a pleasant experience especially since we paid over €300 a night and will definitely not be coming again and avoid if possible. Not worth the money!Parking is not free.During the night at 23:30, the hotel emergency alarm rang. The alarm instructed us to stay in our room. In our heads we thought that an armed person was in the hotel. After 3 minutes of this loud noise no further instructions were given and instead of being told that it's a false alarm over the PA system or the receptionists calling each room, we had to go and ask ourselves. They insisted it was a 'false alarm'. The rooms are not noise proof as you can hear your next door neighbors, the train horns and cars passing outside.

Liked: The live .music on Friday night! Michael Askin was a show stopper!
Disliked: No coffee machine, no frig, and no microwave! I was forced to travel to the lobby for my dose of caffeine! The gym did not have an elliptical, which is part of my exercise routine to strengthen my lower back bulging discs!

Pleasant

Liked: We had a plugged toilet and called, no one came, my husband went downstairs and ran into maintenance, who said he wasn't called but fixed it asap. The top sheet was missing on the bed, the furniture was very cheap, no dresser, nothing to put your suitcase on, felt like a hospital room. Main area was very cool and fun. Staff was nice, bed was comfortable, nice hotel specials. We paid a lot for the room and there was a tip envelope in the room, the hotel should pay it's room service properly especially with the amount we paid.

Wonderful staff, but far too...

Liked: The staff could not have been nicer. Truly loved them.
Disliked: The fan air conditioning unit in the room, shrieked a banshee-loud and high pitched so we kept it off and suffered with a stuffy room. The room itself was very clean, but the refrigerator handle was about to fall off, and I felt like I was staying at a very low rent hotel, which was dismay because I prayed an exorbitant price.
