Great vibe, great location

Liked: Great vibe, great location — staff were incredibly helpful and kind. We shared a room with four bunk beds, which was really fun. The pool was great as was the cafe in reception
Disliked: We have a minor issue with the room that took longer to fix than it should have done, but the staff were helpful. It was a minor negative. Can happen anywhere

Superb

Liked: Cleanness and lighting, USB outlet plenty. Room maid services daily.
Disliked: Overnight parking charge was high .($55.00/day per car)

Had a great time, some...

Liked: The staff was really nice the room was cozy and shower had good pressure. The location was perfect just a few steps from board walk and the beach.
Disliked: The floor was a bit messed up some bubbles in the tile and looked very scuffed. I was happy I brought my slippers. The parking was 55 a day for valet or self park with an app. I don’t remember reading about that on the site.

Liked: The location is great and quite walkable to the beach and downtown.
Disliked: The lobby bar is tiny, the pool was pretty small/ crowded, and I think things aren’t quite as described.

Misleading online, more like a...

Disliked: Room WAY too small especially for the price and not enough space for 3 person family of adults.Also many dogs and very noisy full of barking and old style A/C units that are also clunky & noisy, not a good night's sleep.

Nice Hotel, tiny rooms.

Liked: The location was great, the staff were extremely nice and the the hotel public areas were cool and trendy. The coffee at the front cafe was great and better than some of the restaurants we went to. The bathroom in our room was really nice.
Disliked: The room was very small and cramped. The floor was white and grey tile and showed every scuff, scratch and embedded dirt so it did not appear very clean even if it was. When we opened the closet, the tiles were visibly darker in color as if they had not been cleaned as well as the room. They should change the flooring and have larger rooms. Also, the lobby was really nice and comfortable, but upon sitting on some of the chairs I noticed stains and spots which made it feel grungy.
