The Arun View Inn

Great stay , great location

Liked: The staff we lovely, freindly and helpful. It was walking distance to the town, beach and the train station was even closer 5 - 10 minutes walk. We had breakfast and the service was good, breakfast tasty and great value for money.
Disliked: The only negative point was I had was with the window in the room when open it you cannot make stop opening all the way....so I had to be careful with a playful toddler around and had to keep it closed. Apart from this everything was brilliant.

Liked: Nice view, The bed was comfy The restaurant and bar were very busy, so it must be popular with the locals. (Didn't eat there)Shows all the sports on the tv in the bar's
Disliked: The stairs to the property, (OUTSIDE) aren't great for anyone. STEEP The only other access to the property, is through the bar.If you have a disability, difficulties with Stairs The outside access to the property is not ideal. Does has a shared patio with a bench for staying guests. Also, parking isn't great at the weekends if that's when you're checking in! (Busy)

Excellent Pub

Liked: A great find for us as close to friends. Busy pub overlooking the river...great choice of food and drinks .Family room lovely, large and clean.Breakfast was excellent.Highly recommend.

Disliked: Narrow wonky stairs.
