Very good

Liked: The accommodation was convenient for use as we had a function at the Arun view
Disliked: The stairs as this was prior to my knee replacement

Exceptional

Everything was great except the...

Liked: Location was excellent for the river, beach, town centre and the yacht club where we were attending a party.
Disliked: The glowing green light in the bedroom which stayed on all night. VERY annoying.

Really great place to stay...

Liked: Really nicely appointed room very clean and well kept. The staff were really friendly and teh breakfast was great with plenty of variety available. Also really great for food in the evening and some great beers available.
Disliked: The wifi signal was a bit variable and an open network which was difficul for keeping up with work.

Superb

Liked: Friendly welcome, nice pub with good beer, comfy bed and an excellent breakfast.

An excellent pub / hotel...

Liked: We were very warmly welcomed on our arrival, the bar and restaurant had a great atmosphere and our room was very well appointed.
Disliked: Poor wi-fi connection and a couple of small bottles of water in the bedroom would not have gone amiss.
