Fantastic central hotel, highly recommend

Liked: Perfect location, didn't need to move the car at all! Room was spacious and very comfortable bed.
Disliked: The room was extremely hot!!

Liked: Very well located opposite the Swan Theatre. Nicely decorated and a good restaurant.

Great location and friendly staff...

Liked: Breakfast was wonderful and the highlight of the stay. The outside Terrace was also very pleasant and we appreciated the size of the bedroom.
Disliked: The room decor was very tired: the window frame in our 'Oak' bedroom was half rotten which I was very taken aback by. The tiles/shower appliance in our bathroom were marked and aging and the carpets were pretty worn through as well. The cocktails at the bar were over-priced and badly made. You could tell they weren't made by a professional barman. I wouldn't usually pick up on something like this but for the price of the hotel they fell below the quality I'd expect.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room very comfortable and clean, breakfast is good.
Disliked: A problem with the bath pug not sealing took the edge off having a deluxe room, only ate there one evening and the food is nothing special, better meals in town.

Liked: Lovely setting.Great room & spacious bathroom.Friendly & attentive staff in restaurant.Hospitality tray replenished daily.Bed - Super comfy.
Disliked: Staff in reception seemed stressed upon arrival due to another function going on.No information given re car park ( token on leaving)Dogs in restaurant ....also sat up at tables which shouldn't be allowed.Deep clean needed around shower cubicle as rather dirty.
