Liked: Plenty of choice. Nicely presented, beautifully cooked

Disliked: There are quite a lot of stairs. It's a pity the restaurant isn't open Sunday and Monday for dinner.

Liked: Return visit coupled with theatre performance. Staff were helpful and prepared smoked salmon sandwiches for our late supper.The room was the quietest we have had at this hotel.Good to have use of electric vehicle charging point.

Liked: Property is central, large room with large bathroom, lovely and comfortable
Disliked: A bit pricey £400 for two nights Stratford is expensive though .

Liked: The staff were very pleasant and efficient.The room was very spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect for the theatre.
Disliked: Half hour wait to be seated for breakfast.Being asked to pay a service charge for the room at checkout.

An excellent dinner theatre one...

Liked: Location right by the theatres was very convenient. An old building sympathetically modernised and decorated. The staff were all excellent. They were calm welcoming and competent. It seemed like they felt valued and valued us as customers.

Weekend break in July

Liked: Location very good, beds were very comfy.
Disliked: No smart tv, lack of little extras like a coffee machine that you would expect at these prices. No menus for room service (if there was any).Although breakfast was reasonable quality and was just enough for me, I think it was very expensive and others may say a little sparce given the price.
