The employees at the restaurant and the reception desk were very polite, helpful, and respectful.

Liked: Very clean; liked the furniture and spaciousness of the room.
Disliked: The room was right above the kitchen, so it shook when they were doing laundry. Pillows were too puffy!

Front desk were very friendly and helpful. They gave us a free upgrade to a suite which was awesome and the location is great. We went to a show at the Paradise which is on Comm Ave and was only a 10 minute walk away. I will definitely stay there again and you can catch the Green Line Trains right across the street.

Disliked: We had 4 big luggages, we checked in late night and we were given a ground floor roomliterally at the end of the hall (137)

Liked: Convenient place to stay when visiting Brookline. It is reliable, quality is decent and it offers breakfast (bagels, coffee, croissants. etc).
