Catherine, Narragansett, RI, visiting Citizens House of Blues Boston

The employees at the restaurant and the reception desk were very polite, helpful, and respectful.

Liked: Very clean; liked the furniture and spaciousness of the room.
Disliked: The room was right above the kitchen, so it shook when they were doing laundry. Pillows were too puffy!

Front desk were very friendly and helpful. They gave us a free upgrade to a suite which was awesome and the location is great. We went to a show at the Paradise which is on Comm Ave and was only a 10 minute walk away. I will definitely stay there again and you can catch the Green Line Trains right across the street.

Liked: Great staff; very clean.

Good

Liked: The location was great. It was across the street from the T stop, which made it easy to travel around the city.
Disliked: There was only one elevator, and it would stop randomly on floors that had no one waiting - this happened every time we were on the elevator. When we went to our room the AC was not working. After a while, they moved us to another room. The AC in that room worked, but there was no AC in the halls.

Superb

Liked: Location is really good
Disliked: They didn't set the sofa for the kids (even though we reserved a room with a sofa for 4 persons), and once we called the reception they sent us bedding and told us that we have to set the extra bed. I sent an email complaint to the hotel about this but didn't hear back from them. Very unprofessional :(
