Catherine, Narragansett, RI, visiting Citizens House of Blues Boston

The employees at the restaurant and the reception desk were very polite, helpful, and respectful.

Liked: Very clean; liked the furniture and spaciousness of the room.
Disliked: The room was right above the kitchen, so it shook when they were doing laundry. Pillows were too puffy!

Front desk were very friendly and helpful. They gave us a free upgrade to a suite which was awesome and the location is great. We went to a show at the Paradise which is on Comm Ave and was only a 10 minute walk away. I will definitely stay there again and you can catch the Green Line Trains right across the street.

Liked: Great staff; very clean.

A really smart set up...

Liked: My daughter has autism and wanted a hotel with bunk beds as she sleeps in a bunk bed at home. The set up in the room was really nice and the bunk beds were cool and comfy. Loved the outlets in the bed frame!

Good for value

Liked: The location of the hotel was great to get in and out of downtown Boston and Cambridge. The free breakfast was great for the value, and the rooms are clean and quiet.
Disliked: The mattress was a bit hard and the pillows weren't the most comfortable. But it was overall good for the value.

Good

Liked: The location is so great, there is a public subway station in front and it connects with the city
Disliked: The room is good but we have the little struggle with the AC and the cleaning, also the breakfast is nothing healthy.
