The employees at the restaurant and the reception desk were very polite, helpful, and respectful.

Liked: Very clean; liked the furniture and spaciousness of the room.
Disliked: The room was right above the kitchen, so it shook when they were doing laundry. Pillows were too puffy!

Front desk were very friendly and helpful. They gave us a free upgrade to a suite which was awesome and the location is great. We went to a show at the Paradise which is on Comm Ave and was only a 10 minute walk away. I will definitely stay there again and you can catch the Green Line Trains right across the street.

Liked: Breakfast was good in choice and quality of what was remaining even close to 10 am.
Disliked: Ice not being on floor we stayed on

Liked: Room was clean and the staff was helpful when we were having issues with the AC
Disliked: Paying for parking. To pay 300 for the room and then having to pay to park under the building that I’m staying in doesn’t make sense to me.
