The employees at the restaurant and the reception desk were very polite, helpful, and respectful.

Liked: Very clean; liked the furniture and spaciousness of the room.
Disliked: The room was right above the kitchen, so it shook when they were doing laundry. Pillows were too puffy!

Front desk were very friendly and helpful. They gave us a free upgrade to a suite which was awesome and the location is great. We went to a show at the Paradise which is on Comm Ave and was only a 10 minute walk away. I will definitely stay there again and you can catch the Green Line Trains right across the street.

Liked: Great staff; very clean.

It is a nice hotel,...

Liked: Most hotels have a fridge and microwave in room. None here. also when you went downstairs for water t was often empty
Disliked: Found out they charged $45 per night for car parking in the basement. This information is not obvious on the booking information summary online, you have to look at the small print in the details.

Great location and the price...

Liked: The location was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. The daily breakfast and the coffee / tea was great. The location is very convenient for public transport.
Disliked: My room did not have an external window, and the heating / cooling unit was very noisy. However, I knew about this prior to booking (from reviews) and ear plugs were provided.
