Liked: Although the room was small it had everything we needed and the beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and can very quickly. The location for our trip was excellent, 400 yards from the concert location. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Parking is limited to on street which is restricted. we were okay, but it could have been difficult

Concert visit

Liked: Jade and Jordan who manage it are both lovely and very welcoming and friendly, couldn't do enough for us. Beds were clean and comfy and the bar downstairs was good to have.
Disliked: Lots of very steep stairs. No window that looked out although lots of light via Velux windows. Nowhere to sit except the bed, there was one plastic chair which was the only place to lay anything as there was no wardrobe and only 2 bedside tables for packing clothes away. No food on offer, it would be good to offer easy food, sandwiches, etc. for sale.
