Exceptional

Liked: Contacted the Arc Hotel to ask if it was possible to check in early on our day of arrival. And was talking to Paul who couldn't be more helpful.When we arrived we were met by Jade, who was extremely friendly and the perfect host.The room was spotless, and the beds comfortably.And with it literally being a 3 min walk from Anfield, if you attending a match, this is the place to go.But the stay for us was made all the better, with our dealings with Jade and Paul, a credit to the hotel, so helpful, and made it a 10/10 experience. .And we hopefully be back soon.

Perfect location to come out...

Liked: The hotel is perfect for going to Anfield stadium for a match or an event. The staff are very friendly and enjoyed talking to them about LFC. In our room we had a double and a single bed to fit 2 adults and a young teenager, and was just right for a night stay. Love the pictures on the walls downstairs

Liked: From the minute we landed we got a warm and friendly welcome. Staff couldn't have done enough for us. Everything about it was excellent, rooms, breakfast, location, couldn't find fault in our stay. We will be back.

Happy wife happy grandson.

Liked: It was an excellent hotel . very close to anfield like it said on the tin. it was perfect the staff are fantastic and always helpful. couldn't find a fault with anything .the breakfast extremely. if you're looking for a place to stay near anfield this is a little gem . not a big hotel but a nice one... A little tip for you if there's 3 or more of you . and you're going down to the city centre. The staff will book a taxi.. for you. Happy wife happy grandchildit's much cheaper than catching a bus.
Disliked: Oh that's tough. But My wife said that the bed was a little bit hard for her. But apart from that.. not a lot.
