Liked: Location, the view we had and of course the Spa.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: spa was excellent and the breakfast was good. room was a bit dated but good for the price
Disliked: prices for alcohol in the bar and not great selection …but there’s a whether spoons 2 minute walk from hotel very cheap and lots to choose from 😁

Good clean hotel, but very...

Liked: Nice enough clean rooms. Good and polite staff at breakfast.
Disliked: The SPA was always busy. We tried to book SPA treatments prior to our stay, but none were available. In fact the SPA was closed on the Monday, our first day.Dinner on our first night was a shambles as there was a shortage meals as listed on the menu. Breakfast on the Tuesday morning also suffered from a lack of choice. Due to the meal disasters, we discovered a great restaurant called Littles which, fortunately, was just across the bridge from the Hotel. We dined there instead of the Angus Hotel.

Liked: The location, the Staff,
Disliked: The room was very small, it felt more like a single occupant room. The breakfast, on the 1st morning was very limited, the second morning my sausage was cold. There was nowhere to rest in the Spa area. Two of the showers did not work. We did not get robes and there was no staff in the spa area to help with any questions. I didn’t know where to wait for my hot stones massage. We didn’t know where to get towels for the pool/ Sauna. But the maids helped me by giving me a couple of towels out of the cupboard.

Liked: Rooms were clean and comfortable, the hotel was in a great location! Food and drinks were great too :)
Disliked: Parking was very busy when we arrived and were lucky to get a space, however we did notice that there were more spaces available as the day went on.
